Viv commenced the business of Coull & Prior Taxation Consultants in June 1986. A driven and strategic thinker with real business vision, Viv consults and advises clients in many different areas including wealth creation, structuring, taxation and business planning. Best thing about your job: Viv promotes the principles of innovation, discretion, trust and vision to develop tailored advice to ensure his clients achieve their goals. Loves: Holidays and a good Sauvignon blanc. Dislikes: Queues and traffic congestion. Favourite pastime: Loves spending time with his wife, travelling or watching football. Annie - Tax Consultant 
Annie has worked as an accountant at Coull and Prior since joining the firm in mid 2002. Best thing about your job: Dealing with numbers and having such a helpful support team. Loves: Martial arts as well as light sports. Dislikes: Irresponsibility. Favourite pastime: Being at the swimming pool or the sports ground. AFL premiership prediction: I don’t know anything about it. :(

Wayne Butcher - Partner 
Wayne has been a partner or Coull and Prior since 1989. Prior to this he pursued careers as a Bank Manager, Infantryman and Newsagent. He follows the Crows and tries to go to a few matches with his 2 sons. Best thing about your job: Loves seeing new employees develop their skills and become valued members of the team. He enjoys meeting people and has met some interesting people as clients. He tries to visit his daughter interstate at least once a year and loves to see her dog Jake. AFL premiership prediction: Unfortunately he cannot see Geelong being beaten this year.

Shannon - Bookkeeper, Administration

Anthony Frasca - Lending Manager 
Anthony has been the Lending Manager at Coull and Prior since 2004. Best part of your job: Helping people through the complex maze of financial options available while helping them toachieve their desired results. Favourite pastime: Enjoying his time with his wife and three children.

Cathy - Administration
Cathy began as the receptionist at Coull and Prior in 1984. Since then Cathy has moved on to office administration, working closely with the partners. Best part of your job: Working in taxation. Amanda has worked at Coull and Prior as the receptionist since April 2008 and says the best part of her job is working with such great people. Jody - Client Service Officer 
Jody started as the client services officer at Coull & Prior in June 2008 and is the newest member of the team. Best part of your job: Working with such great people. Loves: Shoes and hates thongs. Favourite pastime: Cooking and entertaining friends or reading a book by the pool. AFL premiership prediction: “Is that a football thing?”

Cheryl - Receptionist 
Cheryl has worked at Coull & Prior for 22 years and loves feeling part of the team. She says she loves doing the filing!! (We think this is great!!) Loves: Meeting people and enjoys retail therapy, especially when on the trail of a good bargain. Dislikes: Not being able to get a real person on the phone. Ros has worked for Coull & Prior for 19 years as the part-time receptionist and loves to meet people. Loves: Visiting her daughter interstate and going to the races. Favourite pastime: Ros makes a yearly trip overseas with her girlfriends to shop for bargains. AFL premiership prediction: Geelong

Carol - Data Entry 
Carol has worked at Coull and Prior doing data entry since June 2000 and believes working with Shannon and Julie is the best part of her job. Joseph is an accountant and registered tax agent and has been contracting his services to Coull & Prior Taxation Consultants since 1996 as well as running his own accounting practice. Loves: Joseph has interests in his other businesses and spends most of his spare time innovating and developing new ideas. Dislikes: Negativity Favourite pastime: A good red and would like to travel more. AFL premiership prediction: Joe prefers to follow soccer... Robert Buss - Tax Consultant 
Robert joined Coull & Prior only recently in July 2008 as one of the accountants. Best thing about your job: Helping and advising clients. Loves: The beach and thongs! Dislikes: The cold and flu season. Favourite pastime: Spending time with his wife and two children - particularly outdoors, being with friends, supporting any kind of AFL – supports Port Power, Seaton Ramblers & Sturt.
